RECEPTION CLASS Admissions - SEPTEMBER 2024
If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020, they are due to start reception class in September 2024. At Alderman Bolton Primary Academy, we have 45 places in Reception, split into two keyworker groups with two teachers. We operate as one Reception unit with the children sharing the access to both indoor and outdoor provision.
Parents who are considering sending their child to our school are invited to make an appointment to visit the school, meet the Headteacher, and receive other helpful information.

Admissions - Reception 2023 Starters
In-year Admissions
In-year admissions are those requesting a transfer from one school to another, outside of the normal admissions round. An example of this is when a family moves area part way through a school year.
Applications for in-year admissions are administered by the Local Authority. Please read further information in the documents below.
